I'm spending most of my artistic time 'photoshopping' wallpapers, mostly for my favorite tv show, but sometimes collecting other things that capture my imagination - you know, the way a dog collects bones or a crow collects shiny objects. They make me smile - hope they do the same for you.

You've been there before...the diary that never got past the first day, the letters you never wrote to your deserving grandmother. Well, I'm back, flitting thru again hoping to get an idea where my muse went. I suspect it fell through the Rift (the one in Cardiff - see Torchwood. Really. SEE TORCHWOOD.) But the imagination is the infinite universe and in it I can make anything happen. I can't wait to get started. Thank you, lunexor, sweet friend and fellow fangirl I'll come visit your deviations asap. But don't forget to check out John Barrowman. I don't like the way these look - the Pine Bluff picture is from memory and I like it best. The other 2 are digital derivations from episode screencaps. As such, they aren't so bad, but I want to work on the technique so they look more like natural art. I do think re-expressing the artwork through the digital medium does make a connection to the artist's feelings and creates a powerful, memory-like image. So, I guess I like them after all.
